1:1 Coaching for Mamas
Private support for the mama who wants to break generational patterns and raise her child with emotional intelligence—without losing herself in the process.
This is for the mama who:
Feels overwhelmed and reactive but knows there’s a calmer, more grounded version of herself inside
Wants to parent differently than how she was raised—but isn’t sure what that actually looks like in real life
Reads the books, saves the Instagram posts, and still feels stuck
Craves support that goes deeper than tips and tricks—support that gets to the root
Wants to feel proud of how she’s showing up, even on the hard days
You don’t need to “fix” yourself. You need support that actually sees you.
That’s where this work begins.
What You’ll Get
This isn’t traditional coaching.
This is practical wisdom meets emotional depth—designed for modern motherhood.
In our work together, you’ll receive:
Personalized guidance based on your real-life rhythms, nervous system, and Human Design
Compassionate accountability that honors your capacity, while helping you follow through
Tools that work for toddlers and preschoolers—from tantrums to transitions
Deep support to explore your own inner child, unmet needs, and learned survival strategies
A space to feel safe, seen, and supported while you become the mama you were meant to be
How It Works
The Coaching Series: 4 or 8 Sessions
Each session is 60 minutes via Zoom. You’ll receive notes, resources, and messaging support between sessions.
We begin with a deep intake to understand your family system, parenting challenges, emotional patterns, and goals. From there, we create a flexible path forward—one that honors your values and feels truly doable.
You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and language you can use in real time.
